how to grow a kiwi vine

South facing wall or fence. Quite vigorous so needs some space. The plants are mostly either male or female clones except for either Solo or Jenny that will produce fruit on their own as they produce both male and female flowers. Really quite hardy though.

I have one - it gets no care at all and still grows a mile a minute!! I believe they only fruit during very hot summers tho. Mine did flower....Once!! No fruit tho.

A friend of mine grew one right across her garden and out the other side! One of those plants that has a bit of go in it . Feeding it might be interesting. It was so vigourous that it was removed quite quickly.
