what is this?

It looks like Tropaeolum speciosum to me - is it a climber?

it does look like it spritz. it is a stunner though.

It is Tropaeolum, the flame nasturtium...flame creeper...its beautiful and once it finds a situation it likes, theres no stopping it...i find it likes its roots in shade and head in the sun..bit like clematis...lovely growing up through a dark green hedge....no cutting back, takes care of itself...blue fruits in autumn...:>)
