Beautiful shot! This plant is very commonly grown on pergolas here in San Diego and grows very quickly and large. I've taken many photos of plants at the San Diego Zoo and never have had one as clear as this one photo.

Delonix; It was one of the easier shots - at eye level, no sun issues & a clear line of sight. Since getting the camera, I've taken photos of any old stuff just to get a handle on the basic functions. That's the great thing about digital - make your mistakes & bin 'em.

I'm lucky - I have to go into Oxford regularly for work, so I take my season pass and camera, and take an hour out!
