Not easy writing on those labels is it Andrew?

DD - you scratch the names on these black labels to reveal the white underneath. I find it easier to stick to straight lines rather than trying to do curved ones.

They're a really nice alternative to Crocus.

I like the effect of your straight letters Andrew.

Sorry to comment on the labels rather than the plant (I have 1 from 1991), but where do you buy them in bulk? The white ones look so obvious. My garden would be much nicer with out all the labels, mark sticks and netting " corrals".

Siris - mine came from
http://www.essentialscompany.co.uk/Black_Labels.html

I wrote a blog about them last November, and Brian added a comment on an alternative supplier.

We bought these labels from a lovely nursery in the New Forest, it takes a while to get used to scratching the name on them, good luck Siris!!.......sorry Andrew it is a very pretty plant.
