Polystichum polyblepharum

Polystichum polyblepharum (Polystichum polyblepharum)

This is the largest fern that I've bought for my shady area. It's evergreen and can grow to 70 cms.

Thanks, Jacque. I would have liked another one BUT the price put that out of the question! It is a beauty, isn't it - can't wait to see my new OOMPH corner with all the ferns planted...they are still in pots being moved around to get the best effect. Do you do that too?

I have this. It's a strange one in that the young fronds always look like they are wilting at the tips. Quite normal of course, they soon open out and flatten. A favourite! :-)
