That's a lovely one, mine have done well this year too which is strange with the lack of rain !, they must have stocked up last winter lol.

I think you are probably right about stocking up with rain, now my soil is so dry, in order to dig more that one fork's depth having to pour a little water down the hole.

Yes it is extremely dry, at least it rained all night helped with the new planting......
