Mallow 'Windsor Castle' for my file

Mallow 'Windsor Castle' for my file (Malva sylvestris (Algiermalve))

What a beautiful colour, but I will need to take seed and resite it, it is much too big where it is. Each leaf axil has a profusion of buds to come.

Oh really? ummmmm you have a problem!!

No Dd, the plant will have some of the lower leaves removed. I do this with Verbascum chaixii, because they extend over the lawn, which then turns brown through lack of light.

Yes, they do get large. Mine not so much, as I have placed them where they struggle! But they will, eventually, get big.

It is a beautiful colour, grown another foot now, but after our torrential rain it is leaning a bit.

What else?

See who else is growing Malva sylvestris (Algiermalve).

See who else has plants in genus Malva.
