Aw...don’t give up...I saw one in our hotel garden yesterday...much bigger than yours..covered in blooms. Absolutely stunning!

Lovely tree. I think it worth keeping whether it blooms or not.They do get very big tho,' 36 metres tallest one according to my Tree Guide & oldest one 280 yrs, but now decaying. I saw a very old one covered in bloom at Loseley
Park, the garden I visited recently.

I think we will probably keep it, I love the shape of the leaves, according to legend the ends were chewed off by the devil!!! (@_@) I know they grow very tall!!...
