A cross between Bearded Irises Scented Blue and Stepping Out or vice versa (without looking up). Last flower, didn't see this one coming!

That's good news Gg, they start making new roots from now to end Sept. Probably appreciate a bit of bone meal to aid root development. Just done most of mine and cut off any brown tips, that might harbour disease and binned.

Thank you Siris I am off to B&Q later so I will pick up a pack .... the wind we had the other week did break some of the leaves in half I will have a tidy up today.

Wind breaking the leaves, only gets the flower stems here, usually my feet tread on the leaves.
