How bright and cheery Janey 1

I bought some last autumn but I can't remember where I put them. They're probably sprouting in a dark corner of the shed now :o(

I keep buying little pots of these in flower to plant out in the borders as I find if I just plant them as bulbs they seem to get eaten in the Autumn before they ever get a chance to settle in and grow. Such a great Spring addition.

I know what you mean Robert, I had a large patch of these last year but now there are only a few flowering. When Summer comes, though I forget they are there and more than likely dig them up!

They look very pretty.

I planted few of them but all I got is only a freaky one.

Aw....maybe they'll come up next Spring Ualda..............

12 Apr, 2009

Are you saying that if I live them alone I can have some chance for next year?

14 Apr, 2009

I'd say so, yes.........what about the freaky one is it malformed? I'd certainly give them another chance unless of course you want to plant something else where they are.

14 Apr, 2009

Yeah Janey, it was malformed but I will give them another chance.

I had two miniature Daffs which were very odd Ualda, like lemon starfish with no trumpet.....weird!!
