Thanks everyone , the whole shrub is covered in these pretty little flowers , it's an attractive shrub with red stalks and evergreen leaves ..
Kathy it's frost hardy , which I liked the sound of also it's an evergreen , it can grow up to 4 meters . in height ... I suppose you can keep it at a height to suit you .....

Dd .. look carefully at what they are charging , I paid about £6 or £7 for mine at a small nursery .. when we were at Spalding flower parade yesterday a garden centre had one on his stall for £ 30 .. I couldn't believe it ....
