Clianthus puniceus 'Pink Flamingo' (For my File)

By Siris

Clianthus puniceus 'Pink Flamingo' (For my File) (Clianthus puniceus Pink Flamingo.)

Seems a more robust plant than the Red Clianthus, which died after 4 years, after 2 spectacular flowerings. (Not long-lived apparently) beloved of slugs and snails.

Thank you Thorney, I like the two tones of pink. Under the carport in a very large concrete tub.

Agree, exotic looking flower. I do love the shape and colour too. Didn’t know this one, Siris.

KATE, Yorkshire might be a bit too far north for Clianthus. This is kept under the carport. I did find my Red one a challenge.
