Protea growing well

Looks good. Did you grow it from seed or did you buy a plant? I guess it needs greenhouse protection during the winter months. How long is it before they flower?

~ bought last year from Trevena in Cornwall it was half this size~not sure when it will flower but putting out lots of leaves!

great excitement here today Arlene i found lots of echium seedlings in the garden. it was about six foot from one that flowered last year. i do enjoy a bit of weeding at this time of year, i find all sorts of seedlings.

i can only take credit for finding them. mother nature did the rest. all of the ones i had last year were self sown seedlings. i did move one or two from the paths but she did the rest. ;-))
