Weeping Japanese cherry (in Hiroshima Wide Area Park)

This photograph was taken from due east on 6th April, 2009.
Hiroshima Wide Area Park is 59.9 ha (599,000 sq. meter) in area and has a socker stadium, 400 m track, 26 tenis courts to include a center court, two ball game grounds and facilities for visitors.
A lot of cherry trees , more than four handreds, are planted, so many peoples visit to see cherry blossoms on the first Saturday and Sunday in April. 'Weeping Japanese cherry' in this photo is in full bloom and Arch-shaped construction of backside is serving both soccer ground and athletic field. All facilities can be used till 21:00.
This park is at the distance of about 400 m from my house, so I take a walk in the evening for 1.5 hours almost everyday. occasionally in night. I have come across face to face with a wild boar in night thru November to December, two times at least till the year before last. I always shouted loudly ... Wooo ---Woo---Woo-----------------. and ran after it, then it ran away up to a steep slope into bush, and stopped, being short of breath Fhu-, Fhu-, Fhu- , --------------. This was a quite exciting event for me.
It comes to the Park through Nobember to December, to eat earth worms for passing the winter.

Yes, I would -----. being quietly, hear faintly from far, our steps walking along an avenue lined with poplas in the twilight ----just then, someone is whispering somewhere -----??? ----- 'you !!, Its just an empty dream !!'

You must so enjoy walking through this beautiful place...it all looks so clean and tidy, the weeping cherry is amazing. Hope the wild boar wouldn't eat bark from the trees?

How nice to have such a beautiful area to walk in! I love the weeping cherry trees, so pretty in bloom. Walking at night is peaceful, but do it with prudence; many things roam then, not just the four legged ones. I try to stay with someone else after dark.

Beautiful tree :-) I would be very excited to meet a wild boar! They were extinct from this country until recently, when some escaped or were released. Now there are boar in lots of areas. There are some in this area, but I have not met any yet!

Oh, there are boar in your country, Sid, you can't meet any , but you don't walk at night, that's better for you.
