Wild violet (darker form)

I posted a mauve violet the other day that grew just up the road in a grass verge. This is a darker form, growing in another verge about five minutes away. There is one in my garden now (with permission of the verge owner who dug a plant up for me)

Very pretty i love the violets......we have lovely patches of wild violets growing in the grass verges down the road................
