Yes it does Jacque...v ery pretty..........My wheelbarrows are in the garage i put them away for the winter .. should be able to get them out soon and put some summer plants in..................

Glad u noticed the paint job David :) Im going to add some Blue Traling Lobelia TOG as i think the Pansy are Summer Flowering 1s in there now :)
