Nematanthus gregarius I think, judging by the otherphotos on GOY. This was given to me by a good friend, the best sort of present!

See who else has plants in genus Nematanthus.
I thought that Nematanthus gregarius was the name for the 'goldfish' plant and this looks similar, but more exotic looking to me.
