Hardy Fuschia still flowering after some very frosty days

I have a couple of them, they keep coming back when I think they've they've had it, they are one of those plants Im not good with and tend to fend for themselves, they are in pots, I just take off some of the old soil and replace it, I dont know what else to do with them other than deadhead :-)
