Organised chaos! They do not have the rules of the road as we do, like give way to the right but it works! One thing you must do is, before you overtake is toot your horn twice to let the driver know you are passing and toot once when you have passed to say 'thank you' for letting me by. So there is much noise but it is not aggressive, in fact you are in more trouble if you don't toot!
