Hoffmania refulgens

Hoffmania is an understory tropical rain forest plant native to Mexico...it's been in my house for several weeks...I don't think it likes being in the house much. Eventually, it will have to go outside. This plant is fairly new to the plant trade. I've read it can be difficult to grow. Pic taken Nov. 2, 2008.
