Catfinch, this tree is relatively small...they grow to over 200 feet in Coastal California. There are several almost 200 feet trees around, especially on Coronado Island across San Diego Bay. I believe the large trees on Coronado Island were planted in the 1880's. The largest Norfolk Island tree I ever saw was in the San Francisco Bay Area in the city of Fremont...I estimated this tree to be around 220 feet tall.
