Fence repair!

Fence repair!

My neighbour's fence is very wobbly but is now held in place with a screw-hook, a length of wood and a piece of string. At least it's not leaning my way now and if it falls it should fall into their garden. Also in the picture my new squirre proof bird feeder.

I have a similar neighbour's fence in much worse repair.
All other fences, whether my responsibility or not, I have mended or replaced.
But I have to stop somewhere.
Can't keep spending time and money on fences not mine.

I was thinking of sneaking out and hanging a pair of bloomers and some socks on this 'line' but my daughter has forbidden me!! Spoilsport.

Looks like somebody is practising for the Olympic high jump.
Could hang some Wellies from the line and spoil their training. :o)

Come to think of it, I could practise limbo dancing - at least I wouldn't have to bend and risk doing my back in again!

Is that your new sport for the GoY Wellie Olympics now that your back is dodgy ?
Limbo dancing in Wellies under very high washing lines ?

~talking about very high washing lines~my gran in Lowestoft used to live in this row of houses which all used ships masts/flagpoles for their washing lines with pulleys to get the washing up to the top!
~in those days you must had to make sure you had decent smalls for them to have been run up the flagpole!
