I think its delicious, but prefer looking at it - is there a point after which you cant eat it?

Quite possibly.
Maybe once it's really flowering? Agree though, that it's a great eyecatcher.

Great stuff, ours wasn't this tall, but aren't the stems a gorgeous colour too. Sadly, I'm the only one (in 5) who really likes to eat it.
