This is a very popular street tree here in San Diego, CA. These trees start blooming in fall (now) with peak bloom in the middle of winter. The flowers are very large and fragrant. This is a young tree as they can grow to 30+ feet tall.

This photo can't do this tree justice...they are much more beautiful in person especially when you can smell the very sweet fragrance of the flowers.
