I go as often as possible-3/4 times a year. It's about 5 mins drive off the Chiswick flyover on the M4 and you can go into London on the tube or whatever if you stay local.
The Coach and Horses on Kew Green has good food!
nb The government matches whatever they can raise in gate money and from their shops to fund the millenium seed bank at Wakehurst Place and their research. They are trying to get hold of any and all seeds before they disappear from the wild in case we lose the remedy for cancer or aids or something else we haven't been hit with yet.
The new treetop walk is spectacular and you can go on free guided walks. They also sell fantastic cakes in their cafes.
Please go-every little helps!

I love it! There is a huge lawn here in town with a similar thing going on, I just drive by to see it.
