These beautiful, tall palms need to be desperately pruned back. It has become a very popular palm in the last 20 years in California because of its extremely fast growth. The only real problem with this tropical palm is that it blows over pretty easily in strong winds and is tender to cold. Photo taken September 27, 2025.
