It's October and the warm weather continues. Sunday afternoon people like to take their sailboats out.
We had a miserable spring but hopefully lovely fall. We really did not have any real rain yet which is quite unusual as I always could count on a good rain in middle of September. So, it is warm bur very dry.

Lovely place to be and looks very relaxing. When we lived on the Isle of Wight we used to see the yachts sailing along as we walked along the beach at Sandown.
