The sprawling Solanum Crispum.

The sprawling Solanum Crispum.

Sort of the ‘ bane of my life’…OH loves it’s longevity in flowering. I loathe it’s a gazillion feet a day growth rate.
However, the flowers are pretty and the bees adore them.

I do like them ... but not for my garden!

I had a wry smile at your comment, Kate. Agreeing with OH's about what to keep and what is to go is a never-ending 'free and frank' discussion in this household! I'm sure our garden would be much better if just one of us made all the decisions...

Oh I do agree, Shirley! It’s too big for our small back garden - I loathe how it starts to sprawl all over and reach for the sky!!!!

I think that’s a very good idea you’ve had, Ange. We are similar.
I’m the lawn/grass caretaker, thankfully. OH leaves this to me and my OCD edging! We agree on alliums but, not much else!

This always reminds me of deadly nightshade.

So funny the comments regarding this plant! I do love the colours…but it would probably drive me mad with its sprawling!🙄🙄🙄

The flowers are very pretty and last forever! But, I do wish he’d let me chop it…preferably to the base! 😆
