Camellia japonica

I got this as a cheapie from a supermarket a few weeks ago. It has surprised me by the number of flowers it has produced.

It’s a pretty one, Ange! You do pick up some lovely things from the supermarket.

Thank you, girls. I think I must stop looking when I go to the supermarkets. I can't move in my greenhouse!

It’s so difficult though, Ange! When we all love gardening, it’s difficult to avert the 👀
It’s almost like the trolley drags us over ☺️

Thank you, both.

No name, Klahanie. It is a bright pink but a bit lighter than this shows.

I do love dark leaves, such a good contrast. Almost makes me want to visit a supermarket 😄.

Thanks, all.

I'm concerned about wind damage today, Meadow. What a contrast! I hope your camellias avoid the frost. Mine are tucked under the open porch, so a little sheltered.
