Seat spruced up for the new season.

Seat spruced up for the new season.

I can always be found staining or spraying in the garden....this seat has lasted years with an annual recoat,so this time I decided to change from a sage colour to what was on the tin, duck egg!It is far from the latter but actually a pretty light blue.Just goes to show how these shades differ.I thought the mottled blue and green pot on the left of seat could be planted up with pale pink lilies.

What a swish seat, very ornate. I like whatever the colour.

Thanks K.....I don't want to become a slave to the garden....although I find myself loving it more every year despite the age creeping up!

Its all about the love Julia...nothing else matters. I love mine too. Maybe in time we will love weeds and untidiness X

Yeah..same here. I have been out and done four little jobs, but that was enough! I moved a recently planted tree to a better spot, replanted a dwarf rhody, planted two pots of grape hyacinth and pulled some leaves out of the pond. By then my hands were freezing inside my gloves so I came in.
