The Fennel has bounced back after being cut down.

The original was about 8 feet high and I think this was a seed dropped in the gravel path. Or maybe it suckered, I'm not sure. It'a a couple of feet away from the original. I can't help touching it either.

They do seed easily ,I'm always surprised at how much it grows on the sides of the roads ... if I didn't grow it I would know where to collect some ..
