this is a new one on me. at first I thought a very good Agastache !

It's an Australian shrub. Although unrelated, the leaves have a minty smell

I have seen it in the walled garden at one of the local historic houses. It was called a mint bush by the gardener. the fact it is aromatic makes sense.
