DA Queen of Sweden & Lark Ascending

Impressed with their bags which aren’t plastic but made from potato starch so they can go into the compost bin.

Fantastic idea Dawn. I’ve taken loads of plastic pots to the skip today, shame we still use them.
Roses look like they will be pretty ones.

It is isn’t it very innovative. They should be gorgeous - big shrub roses :)

Gorgeous Roses ... the RHS are now using a potato starch cover for their magazine 'The Garden' ... so much better than polythene/plastic wrapping.

A good choice Dawn and yes a good idea to make the bags out of potato starch , it's very scary the way we are going with the plastic rubbish ..

I browsed the DA brochure to find the biggest shrub roses and Lark Ascending was one of them - 5 foot x 5 foot. Is yours flowering Dotty?
