Wonderful plant. Try to take cuttings. It dies after flowering. I didn't take cuttings of mine and now I haven't got it any more lol :)

I didn't know that - I assume that you mean the flowering rosettes?

Yes that's right, but on mine all the rosettes flowered at the same time. It was big like the one in your photo but they all flowered together and then died.
