OH bought these in 1996, I refused to have them in the house, so they're in the garden.

The only Egyptain bird like gods is Horus the avenger and Ra the sun god but Ra has a round ball like thing on his head have nt a clue what the bottom photo is. I have Bast the protector in my house. I ve even drawn on my front door the eye of Horus which means

3pb. The bird is a Nile Ibis.
I wouldn't say he liked them, but in order to stop hawkers from bothering us incessantly on our 25 wedding anniversary trip up the Nile, he bought them. Then look, here, I've already bought!!!!

Ahrr right thank you Siris for letting me know I always thought the Ibis was bigger as I have a tapastry which I did years ago with an Ibis on perhaps I ve got it wrong then . Lol your OH is very clever Siris .
