Decided to take up inner line of slabs and replace with golden gravel.....the large terracotta pot use to be in the front garden,but seems to give this area more of a Mediterranean feel.When the time comes,will replace the Perlagoniums with tulips.

Looks good,Julia..I much prefer to stand pots on gravel ,instead of feet..much sturdier in windy weather,with good drainage..Tulips will be lovely :o)

The gravel gives the whole area a lighter touch.
I shall look forward to the tulips. If I remember correctly, you and I decided that we actually liked tulips at the about the same time! Now I really love them!
