Sorry bit of an overload of tulips today

Sorry bit of an overload of tulips today

But it is a bit dark and dismal and they are so bright and cheerful, just could not resist.

Love the dark ones against The yellow, they look super!

Me too Waddy, they are lasting well also. Think the drop in temperature has done them good. Although it's not done my old bones any good, it was flipping freezing today when I was sat on the boundary watching the first cricket match of the season. Next week I shall need my thermals if the forecast is anything to go by. Brrrrrrrrrrrr!

I'm just hoping the forecast's wrong!
Last year I bought two sets of tulip bulbs. As they were not in packets I asked what height they would be as I wanted to plant them together. No problem I was told, both the same. Are they? No. I've got pale pink which have grown to what I class as 'normal' height, whilst the deep wine coloured ones are much shorter. So annoying. I'll have to dig them up, once they've finished and replant in the autumn (sigh!)

I hate that, when you ask and they give you duff information, just wish they would be honest or say sorry I do not know.
