Coleus

Coleus (Solenostemon scutellarioides (Coleus))

A wonderful plant for shade areas. These are planted beneath my pine tree where the needles keep them mulched automatically.

Thanks Janette. I didn't realize there were so many varieties of Coleus.

Your coleus could be the same variety as the one we grew this year - "Scarlet" from the "Wizard" series. It looks gr8 at the base of your tree, Gardengnome.

LOVE this color combination which is what I've done this year on my patio. Really brightens up.

What else?

See who else is growing Solenostemon scutellarioides (Coleus).

See who else has plants in genus Solenostemon.

This photo is of "Coleus (Wizard Mix)" in Gardengnome's garden
