Gorgeous! ,lovely view of your garden too :-)

I like this shrub, but its very dark when not in flower. I could handle that if only the flowers were red, not pale pink! Oh well ...I dare say the breeders are working on it somewhere! :)

One of our favourites, there is a very attractive rusty coloured one available too, we have 4 even in our small patch, love them.

Beautiful. I like the pink contrast with dark leaves, I have mine planted next to Philadelphus coronarius 'Aureus' for contrast. I have Physocarpus opulifolius 'Dart's Gold' too but didnt realise there were so many different ones.

This is lovely, I have one that's about 3 foot tall in a large pot. I'm planning the best spot to plant it in the ground. How old are yours and how big do they get? The tag said 1.5metres height and spread but various online sources state the same bar a couple that have said it gets bigger. I dont want to plant it and then have to move it once it outgrows it's space. Planning on putting alongside my syringa josee and hydrangea. :)
