it brightens the garden up

I thought it looked similar to a flower is in my garden so I've just been out to look and guess what...it is :-) no wonder it caught my eye when I was going through todays photos. I know what you mean about brightening up the garden. Our neighbour had some in her garden last year and they looked so gorgeous that we've grown some this year. Not many are flowering yet though

lol you have the same......... mine didnt do too well this yr, loads of buds now tho but very slow flowering

It's not been a good summer though has it? Hopefully this nice weather we're having will hold for a while and give the plants a chance to achieve their best. I've just been out, taken a photo of mine and added it to my collection for you to see:-) Taken me ages because I'm not very good at transfering photos. Each time I think I've sussed it only to find I haven't :-/

its been a horrible summer joannie,,, last few days have been brilliant im hoping too that the weather stays like this for a wee while longer.

Me too. Funny though how when you get a few days sunshine you instantly forget the months of bad weather :-)

im dreading the good weather coming to an end joannie, between last yr and this yr its been bad, summers are getting shorter if you ask me,,,, forecaster on the radio today said September is going to be lovely, i love September anyway , weather is usually good then.

It's all to do with global warming so they tell us, only trouble is it isn't getting any warmer round here so somewhere else must be gettin our share! September is when we're back at school :-( I'm banking on a good August

was reading on another photo that they are annuals jacque but self seed themselves
