Well I'm so pleased with this one it flowered for the first time last year and I really liked it but the scapes were far to short so the flowers were hidden,on Wylies advice I gave it another year and wow big improvement the scapes are taller and the flower size has increased from 6inch to 7.5.

That is very nice - love the huge throat. Looks like a good number of buds, as well.
I go more by the second time a seedling flowers, as there can be some big improvements. Although there are a couple that I saved last year that won't be around in the fall.

Thanks Wylie :-) there was another open from this cross today similar but more of a chevron eye, not open fully so I I'll wait for a better flower for a picture :-)
