Doing a bit of clearing in the daylily bed today and felt something crawling on my arm, this rather large spider eeeek (big as my fingernail), I've not seen one like this before, maybe I lead a sheltered life lol, he was quite a nice minty green colour not showing up too well on the picture, any ideas which he is ?

Oh yes Wylie you're right just your common garden spider lol, its the colour that threw me but see the colour can vary greatly :-)
it just wanted to get back under its leaf Holly, probably wondered what the hells going on lol.

He is isn't he Carole, I made sure I put him back under a leaf he really stood out, even me with my bad eyesight could spot him from a few feet away, don't want him to get eaten ;-)

Oh this is not a great pic for me, I am scared to death of them, yesterday I looked down at my arm only to find a massive black one crawling up it, nearly died from fright!! my OH just raises his eyebrows!!
