Clematis jackmanii 'Alba' (Clematis 'Jackmanii Alba')

C.jackmanii, the best purple clematis, was one of the parents of this one. It produces bluish-mauve semi-double flowers in early summer, then single ones like this later in the season. Grows to ten feet
