Ceanothus (new shrub 39)

Unusual flower. Maybe a few more leaves might help or someone will ID the flower Fran.

i did a close-up, Dorjac, this is a very-close-up! the f.lowers or whatever they are look like blue bristles from a short disance - well, longer than this

Could be ceanothus in bud Fran A step back view would be handy,

there's one just before or just after this one,posted them and one of the whole thing all in one go.
