Ha Ha Gorgeous. I consider ferns, creeping Jenny, holly, Scotch broom , vincas and ivy (for example) as notorious weeds. In my past house location they were a treasure.
Weed is a plant in a wrong location or maybe climate, no???.
This does look like it could be an aggressive plant .

It looks very much like a Jasmine....May have been cut back completely and now trying to re grow?!

While walking kayleigh yesterday I saw this growing up a wall and remembered it from your pic and yes it was in flower in summer and is a jasmine...
