Palm that 'Could do better!' It's been stuck in this pot for about 3 years. I'm sure it would do well in the garden but I can't decide where to plant it. Also we tend to put it in the greenhouse for protection over winter and wonder if we would lose it to the cold, wind, rain, frost etc if we didn't
