Yes, we are lucky here in San Diego. The only thing I wish we had more of is water. ?

Yes that is the down side water do you use the plant gels which prolong watering.

Soil polymers are sometimes used. I haven't use it in a very long time.

Every time I have used them my plants die.

It may be keeping your plants too wet. You have to be careful with it. I need some in my polymer for some plants in the ground.
