I think it is time to chop the chives..

Do you really chop them FC? I always leave the flowers as I really love them, so I have to carefully pick out the non-flowering stems to add to my potato salad! Cracking garden...you're making me want to rip out my lawn again....which is daft as I have just reseeded a patch that was a border last year!
