Gradually disappearing shed

Gradually disappearing shed

Our shed suffers from cold in winter, so we're insulating it on the outside...ivies, honeysuckle and virginia creeper are taking off and our herb garden is ideally placed for the barby.... weather permitting!

Welcome to GoY, Susan and Steve ...

What's behind the window panes ?

Hi Terratoonie

Behind the windows (on the inside) are white venetian blinds...from Poundstretcher, mother-in-law bought them for her house but were too short! Outside the windows are cut to size dog guards....they used to form a cage for our dogs, Saturday and Sunday. Now they are 13 and 14 respectively, they dont do anything but sleep, so I recycled their wire cage into window guards...as a deterrent to tealeaves, and wayward footballs from the neighbours kids! Yes, I'm an obsessive recycler...the windows in the end wall of the shed are doors from an Ikea TV unit that was dumped locally...I built and installed a frame so they open inwards to avoid removing the guards....should I really be blogging all this nonsense?
