Hi everyone - there was noone around when I posted these last night!! Thanks Pixi!

These are 3rd generation from 4 cheap goldfish I bought 6 years ago...

I've managed to count about 30, so far...Some of them are much smaller and still hiding in the rocks...They have to dodge the koi until they're too big a mouthful!

It's always a lovely surprise, isn't it, W? I bet your kids are tickled!

You're right Scottish...they'll be big gold fish (well, they all seem to turn white and gold) when I get back!

This lot seem to have strong survival genes, Paul! Last year the ice was about 30cm deep...and I didn't lose any...here's hoping!!
